Hello! Are you ready to learn about the Kissing Bug? Well what do you want to know? The Kissing Bug is actually just the nickname for the spider. The technical name is Triatomine. This Kissing Bug can be found in the Sonoran Desert. What else do you want to find out? From this site you can find out what the Kissing Bug looks like, eats, and even how it reproduces! WHO AM I? 

I am a Kissing Bug, also known as Triatomine.

WHERE DO I LIVE?
I live all over! Mainly in Latin America and the southern part of the United States. 

WHAT DO I EAT?
I like to eat insects. Specifically, the insects that do not have backbones.

WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE?
If you saw me you might think I look like a beetle. I am very small and have a dark color to me with some red stripes. But you better not touch me!

HOW DO I REPRODUCE?
When I am reproducing, I lay eggs. The eggs hatch and I have little babies running around.

FUN FACT ABOUT ME?
Something interesting about me is people call me the kiss of death! You wouldn’t want to get too close to me! I am actually called a Triatomine!
