Welcome to 2nd grade! My name is Kylene Hammer, and this is my thirteenth year at REAMS. All years of my career have been with amazing 2nd graders! I am so proud to be part of the growing and evolving Rockford school district and community! 

           I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Minor in Spanish. I completed my Masters of Arts in Education through the University of St. Mary's. I live with my husband, 3 kids, Bode (6), Norah (4), Callan (1), and Golden Retriever in Champlin. I enjoy staying active, watching sports, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.  

           I aim to create a warm, inviting classroom community that allows everyone to be excited to be a part of it! I look forward to partnering with you to create a great 2nd grade year for your child!
