Prius Catalytic Converter Thefts
In all Prius catalytic converter thefts we examine, the bolts were removed using electric impact wrenches and the rear of the catalytic converter pipe had been cut off. Our new patent pending Cat Armor™ devices protect the bolts from being removed. Additionally, the large plate of the device protects the rear of the catalytic converter pipe from being cut easily.

Here at Todd's Garage we have installed Cat Armor™ devices on all years of Prius. However, we have not installed Cat Armor™ on every single "sub-model" of Prius. Fits Prius C/V. On these vehicles, thankfully the front cat is very difficult to remove. We recommend using our CAT ARMOR Break-Away exhaust manifold bolt set. 1 set includes 2 bolts, and 3 CAT ARMOR™ stickers. This device can quickly and inexpensively prevent removal of the bolts required to steal rear cat on Prius C and Front cat on Prius V models ONLY.
