Keynote talk by Dr. Kristy Nabhan-Warren (Iowa) in conversation with Dr. Tim Knepper (Drake) & Dr. Jeff Wheatley (ISU). In Meatpacking America, Native midwesterner Dr. Nabhan-Warren defies stereotypes to reveal the grit and grace of the heartland.
