Pilot Club of Lancaster, Inc. is a nonprofit service club chartered in 1947. The club is dedicated to improving the quality of life in communities by serving those with brain-related disorders and disabilities. Project Lifesaver is the club's premier service project. As of 2022, Project Lifesaver serves the entire county of Lancaster with many municipal police departments and PA State Police Troop J, Lancaster participating!
