Kari Elliott

Personalized Coaching for Runners

A Personalized Plan

Individualization

The internet is full of training plans and advice, but those plans very often fail to incorporate one important piece: you, the runner. Coach Kari is a certified, professional NCAA coach, and will take the time to learn about your story -- your goals, your experiences and race targets, and your training responses and injury concerns -- not just at the start, but all along the way, so that she can tailor a science-based, podium-proven pathway to you achieving the success that you want to achieve, whether as a developing runner or a podium challenger.

The Coach Kari Plan

For $50 per month, Coach Kari will provide an initial assessment phone call to learn about your story and goals, and to build an initial training plan. Each month, Coach Kari will customize and adjust your plan in response to your annual periodization and current training responses. She will give prep and feedback regarding race day strategies and long term calendar planning. And all along the way you will have access to professional coaching advice or recommendations via email.
