Welcome

What Is Grafted?

Grafted is a ministry of New Life Community Church aimed at providing support to adoptive and foster families through group engagement, assistance, and education.

We believe that we all have a responsibility and role to care for the fatherless. So here is how we are trying to do that...

  • Monthly support group meetings (for foster and adoptive families) where we discuss practical tools and tips to help families thrive in the midst of challenges.

Our support group meets the fourth Wednesday of every month from 7-8:30pm at New Life Community Church. Childcare is provided with RSVP. Email grafted@nlccwv.org with the number and ages of children needing childcare.

  • Online community (Facebook group) where families can receive immediate prayer, advice, or other assistance outside of group meetings.
  • We also recognize the financial commitment involved in both fostering and adopting so we offer limited financial assistance when available.
  • Build a community of volunteers who can help and serve foster/adoptive families in a variety of ways.

This ministry requires the help of individuals, families, and foster/adoptive families to create the community and network needed to care for the fatherless.

Find Your Something

There are SO many parts to caring for foster and adoptive children. This picture shows just a few. You may not be able to welcome a child into your home but you can do something.
