About After Grad
After grad events are held at many secondary schools throughout the province to provide a safe, alcohol and drug-free, chaperoned after-party for the graduating class. It is organized by parent volunteers who fundraise and plan the event with student input. The event is heavily subsidized by fundraising, which goes towards the cost of the venue, entertainment, food, activities and prizes. We try to provide this event at minimal cost to the students to encourage all to attend.

Corporate Sponsors and Donations Needed
We are looking for corporate sponsors for funding and prizes. Logos and banners can be displayed at the event and on our website. If you have any leads please email to geaftergrad2024@gmail.com, fill out our online form, or print our Donor Request Form to give to prospective donors.

VENUE
The Rec Room is booked!
We have booked the entire facility for our Gleneagle grads. We will have a DJ, dancing, karaoke, arcade games, pool tables, ping pong tables, quiet area for games or videos, and seating areas to just hang out with friends.
Food will include assorted pizza, poutine station, sweet/salty bar, fruit and veggie platters, donut bits and pop/coffee/tea.

Bottle Drive - May 22 and Ongoing
Bring your returnable containers in clear bags to a Return-It Depot. Print express drop off labels at the kiosk using the Gleneagle After Grad account (778-668-4605), put the labels on the bags, scan the labels, and drop the bags in the designated area.
There will also be a collection at Gleneagle on May 22 at 9am and 3pm.
