Thank you for visiting my site and following my blog!
My intention is that by sharing my words, pictures, and emotions I may help to inspire you in your life's journey. I believe we all have passions in this life; or you may refer to them as callings. My two greatest callings are Yoga & Motherhood and I am delighted to bring these two amazing facets of my life together in this blog to inspire others, teach others, and most of all to share with others.
I am 28 years old, days away from giving birth to my first child, and the proud owner of my own Yoga business Yoga Dreams, LLC.
I always knew since I was little that I wanted to be a mother. Being pregnant has been the greatest joy of my life; I feel incredibly blessed to carry this child and know in my heart that we chose each other for this journey.
At the age of 19 I began practicing the beautiful, ancient practice of Yoga. I was inspired during a moment of quietude in a Restorative Yoga class, realizing: "if I could do this for others, that would be enough." By the age of 25 I was a certified Yoga instructor and had opened Yoga Dreams, LLC to help fulfill my dreams. Yoga has brought me so much understanding, creativity, happiness, and love. I honestly don't know what I would do without it in my life.
My teacher, Barbara Rose, says that Motherhood is the ultimate form of Yoga. My upcoming blog posts will update you on the birth of our child, my Yoga career, and how the two melt and merge together, continuing to create beauty, humility, love, and balance in my life.
