Welcome! Here you find information and material for the lecture Finance C during the winter term 2017/2018.

General Information
The lecture will be held jointly by Prof. Dr. Marc Oliver Rieger and myself. It takes place twice a week on
Monday at 14.15 in HS4
Wednesday at 10.15 in HS7.
In addition, there will be a tutorial (tutor: Artem Dyachenko) on
Wednesday at 14.15 in HS6.
You must register for the lecture and for the tutorial in Porta.
Course Material
You can download the current version of the lecture notes for my part of the lecture here (password protected, login details in the lecture). There you can also download a set of old lecture notes in German. Please note that the German notes are no longer updated: This is only for your convenience, the relevant notes for the course are the English ones.
Please consult the Stud.IP site to access exercise sheets and to obtain further information on the tutorials.
Exams
There will be a written exam at the end of the term. To qualify, you need to hand in solutions to the exercise sheets, in groups of 3-5 students. There are two grades for each problem: pass or fail. The condition for getting a pass on a problem is an earnest attempt to solve it (not necessarily a full exact solution). To qualify for the exam, a pass on 50% of all exercises is required.
