If you end up being admitted to the hospital you can take your medication yourself if you:

1. Get a Doctor’s order to use your own supply of medications.  Get one before admittance if conditions permit. You should be clear on this order about the times you take them.

2. The Hospital Pharmacy will Inspected and labeled your medication and return them to you.

3.  As you take it, notify the nurse so it can be annotated on your records. You do not want to be charged for medicine you supplied.
