Lake Seminole Estates is a 151 unit over 55 resident owned community on the shores of Lake Seminole in Seminole Florida. It is located about 4 miles from Gulf of Mexico Beaches and lies between Tampa and St. Petersburg in Pinellas County. The Park is self governed by an elected board of directors. It features a heated swimming pool, numerous social activities and low maintenance fees. The Park is conveniently located near shopping, movie theaters and medical and dental offices as well as numerous restaurants.
