We are made up of people who work in the criminal justice arena (police, prosecution, compensation) and at social service agencies with victims and survivors of violent crime in the State of Delaware. The DVRTF strives to improve the response to victims of violent crime, bring awareness to victim rights and support prevention efforts to end violence.
