Drab Looper in Berkshire

The Berkshire Moth Group have carried out a number of surveys for Drab Looper over the last few years, and the results are summarised in a document now available from our resources page. We have continued to find new colonies in West Berkshire, suggesting that the species is currently doing well and is reasonably secure, although still confined to a small area of the county.

We have no records of Drab Looper from BBOWT's Moor Copse reserve since 2004 - if you have seen the moth there more recently, or if you have looked for it and not found it, please let us know.
