Thursday 10th May - Cleaning Tuam Road area. Meet at Londis at 7.00pm. Saturday 12th May - Meet at school car park at 8.00am. Weeding and planting beds. Also hanging baskets and planters in the tunnel. Repairs to walls on Monivea Road, Caheroyn Road and Raheen. Tuesday 15th May - Athenry Environmental Network is hosting a public meeting at 8 pm in the Community Hall Athenry (Clarke Street) to discuss the setting up of a Golden Mile walking route from the Boys school to Lady's well. Anyone interested in submitting ideas is invited to come along. Thursday 31st May - Official launch and information sharing session for all the
groups that took part in the ‘Communities Working Together for Nature’
