This Week's Learning Objectives

This Week in Reading...

We will be working on the sight words see, I , and a along with the letters Ee, Cc, and Rr.

This week in Math...

We will be working on counting to 50 and modeling numbers from 0 to 20 on tens frames with multiple different types of counters.

This Week in Writing...

We are continuing to practice writing our names clearly along with writing "I see a" sentences with support and help.

There is also a webpage tab that links both our facebook group for Kindergarten and my Youtube Page. I will link activities and directions/guides for different things that the students should do on weekdays that they are not in the school.

About Mr. Sparrow

I am originally from Michigan but spent 10 years of my teaching career in Arizona. I moved to Alaska 6 years ago and spent 5 years teaching in different rural villages. Of my many years teaching, this is my 8th year teaching Kindergarten. I feel so graced and lucky to have found a community as welcoming and friendly as Nuiqsut. I am here to give my best to help your students become the best learners and people that they can be. Thank You for having your students join me in class.
