Decimal Operations

In this unit we will review operations with decimals. Students have learned the basics in elementary school, now we are practicing for fluency. Much of math in middle and high school requires students to solve many problems like this in the process of solving more complicated problems. Being able to easily solve these problems frees up your brain space for solving those more complicated problems. This unit is very important for the work we will be doing all year.

Operations with numbers include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. Each operation has words to describe the parts of the problem and the solution.
